This policy explains how Dr Kordy (Mostafa Elkordy, sole proprietor, Aswan, Egypt — "we") handles information when you message us or one of our clients through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or use our website.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number and profile identifiers provided by WhatsApp or Meta when you message us.
• The content of messages you send, including text, images and voice notes.
• Details you choose to share to complete a request, such as an order, address or booking time.
• Ad attribution identifiers (for example, a click ID) when you reach us through a Meta ad.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages, including automated replies generated with the help of AI.
• To process orders, bookings and requests you make.
• To keep a record of the conversation so we can continue helping you.
• To report conversions (such as a lead or purchase) to Meta, so the business can measure and improve its ads.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the conversation: Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram), our hosting provider, the AI provider that helps draft replies, the payment provider if you pay online, and the business you are contacting, if we act on its behalf.

Retention and security

We keep conversation data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 12 months after your last message unless the law requires otherwise. Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized staff.

Your choices

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP". You can ask to see, correct or delete your data — see our data deletion instructions.
